What’s Covered in the Program
Seven personal one-on-one sessions plus seven audio homework tracks. We conduct session one and then you listen to track one several times. We then conduct session two and you then listen to track two several times… If I can get you conditioned to enter the special sleep hypnosis state, I will also provide you an additional six sleep hypnosis tracks for reprogramming and to keep you on track for the long haul!
Specific Things We Cover
Why did the weight come on to begin with? We find and clear.
Self-Esteem, Self-Worth. We clear away everyone who has ever hurt you. We find the negative emotions & perceptions you have about you in your inner mind and remove these.
The 3 bite rule. The more you eat the less you taste.
False hunger. We add a powerful thirst to when you become hungry or get the munchies.
We solidly set your goal weight in the subconscious mind. This is where we set and achieve our goals, not the conscious mind.
Food associations, what are yours? Food = comfort, control, my friend, love… NO! Food = Fuel nothing more. We profoundly set this!
Emotional eating… now gone, therefore there’s nothing to distract or comfort from.
Exercise… don’t like it, don’t do it? This all changes for you. You’ll love to move your body.
Sleep hypnosis, this is direct suggestion on steroids! No part of your mind objecting to your new healthy habits. What we suggest is fact, which makes this process SO easy.

If you are interested in working with me please fill out the form below, I will then call you to answer any questions, discuss your investment, and explain the process. Sessions last an hour to an hour and a half.

Pre-conditioning audio track – Listen before our session
– Wear comfortable cloths.
– Before our session please use the restroom.
– Take out your contact lenses before our session.
– Do not ingest too much caffeine so you’re more able to relax.
– If you are a diabetic, check your sugar levels before our session.
– A few hours before our session abstain from drinking fluids.
– Do not take medication before our session if it makes it difficult for you to focus. Even some over the counter medications can do this. Always ask your doctor before skipping or altering your medication intake.
Requirements in setting up your environment
– Make sure your head and neck are supported.
– Take off your glasses, take out your contact lenses.
– Loosen restricting clothing, take off shoes, loosen belt, etc.
– Make sure there are no annoying lights shining in your eyes.
– Remove Distractions: Cats/dogs, other phones ringing, clocks chiming, other people.
Phone and computer connections
We can communicate through Skype (computer) or using a telephone. If you are using a cell phone plug it in for optimal power during the session. Plug in your IPad or any other device. Use headphones or ear buds for best results. A speaker phone is our last resort but still works. You can also place the phone on your ear and tuck a towel around your eyes, tucking it under the phone, hands to your sides.
Information & Agreement of Service
Hypnotism/Meditation/ART/NLP/EFT: Are self-regulating professions of certified practitioners. These therapeutic methods are not at this time licensed by state governments. I am neither a physician nor a licensed health care provider and I do not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment for illness, disease, or mental disorders. My treatment methods do not replace conventional medical procedures but works in conjunction with the medical health care system.
All Information is Strictly Confidential: I will not release any information to any person without a written authorization from you, except as provided by law. You have the right to be allowed access to all of my written records pertaining to you. Everything discussed and/or uncovered is confidential.
Guarantees: No practitioner at any level can guarantee the change of another individual. Results cannot be guaranteed as the client must ultimately take responsibility for feelings, beliefs, behaviors, and outcomes created in life. However I do sincerely want to see you succeed and pledge my best efforts to help you.
Cancellation / Rescheduling: A twenty-four hour notice to cancel or change an appointment is required. Failure to provide notice, or missing our appointment, will result in a charge of 100% of the agreed upon session fee. To notify me about deviations in our scheduled appointment please call 206-900-3404.
Tardiness: I run on a tight schedule. If you are late for your appointment it sets off all others after you. If you are 15 minutes or more late without contacting me, I reserve the right to not hold the session, this does not absolve you of payment however. If this occurs the result is a charge of the regular agreed upon session fee.
Fees: I do not issue refunds. Also, if our distance session is disrupted due to a factor in your environment, such as someone coming in and disturbing you, a pet disturbing you, another phone ringing, etc. this counts as a session and will be billed as such. If there are general phone or Internet connection problems then we will reschedule the appointment at a later date without a fee involved.
Consent: I give my consent to work with Tim Bartley to improve/resolve the problem as stated below. I do not and will not hold Tim Bartley responsible for information uncovered during sessions or hold him liable for any physical or mental health moderations/changes that may occur before, during, or after our sessions. I therefore release Tim Bartley from all liability, medical or otherwise.
